INDUSTRIAS METALA S.L. is located in the town of Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa), a key location in the production of machine tools. Set up in the sixties, it became a pioneer in serving the needs in hydraulics and pneumatics. An example of this is the Din 2353 connector (with METALA Trademark), which was based on METALA’s production capacities of machining resources, and aimed to provide a part production service to customer specifications or based on samples.
To this day, true to its origins, Metala still manufactures connectors, and due to market demands, has expanded its oleo hydraulic product range and now sells hoses, terminals and assembled combinations of those products using advanced pressing means, enabling the production of both hydraulic and industrial pressure hoses.
METALA also provides welding for stainless steel corrugated pressure hoses and assemblies made up of connectors, accessories and piping.
METALA lists amongst its products piping made of different material (carbon steel, stainless steel, Bundy) and with a variety of finishes, which have been certified by the international automotive sector and are endorsed by the make NORMYDRO (BENTELER) who are dealers on the domestic market. Several types of holding clamps are also available. We can deliver the piping bent or cut to size.
Recently, we have included pneumatic material in our supplies: a complete range of connectors, air treatment, valves, solenoid valves, standard and customised cylinders and handling systems.
A test bench is available for testing all products we stock, with the possibility of issuing test certificates.
Our main target sectors are machine tools, railway construction, shipbuilding, aeronautics, food, farming, automotive, public works, construction, renewable energies, and chemistry.
